Ordering
1. You are advised to place orders at least three days in advance (excluding the day of the delivery) as we need sufficient time to prepare your orders.
2. Same day delivery will depend on stock availability. We will contact you for other recommendations, if needed.
3. Orders can be placed either via phone, email or through our online store.
4. For online orders, we accept payment via PayPal, which also accepts VISA and Mastercard.
5. All orders are non-refundable.

Delivery
1. Delivery is free for orders amounting to $150 and above.
2. For orders below $150, there will be a delivery charge of $30.
3. We regret that we are unable to deliver to the following locations:
– Restricted areas like army camps
– Jurong Island
4. Do verify that you have submitted the accurate delivery and contact details.
5.We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.
6. We accept overseas orders for delivery to Singapore addresses only.

7. While we endeavour to deliver our items within the selected time slots, Melt will not be liable for delayed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, bad weather or traffic conditions.
